Our mission is to make knowledge work for everyone.

The way work actually gets done is usually locked in a few people’s heads. Azrastar records that work once and turns it into guides, SOPs, training and knowledge that the whole organization — and its AI assistants — can rely on.

OUR STORY

Built after one too many go-lives.

We spent years implementing complex systems for hospitals and enterprises. Every project ended the same way: weeks of writing manuals, taking screenshots and building training — documentation that was out of date by the next release.

So we asked a simple question: what if you only had to do the work once? Record a real workflow, and let AI turn it into everything a team needs — then keep it accurate as systems change.

That became Azrastar: one recording, many outputs, with people always in control of what gets published.

Four rules we use to decide what to build — and what not to.

  1. Record once, reuse everywhereOne recording should power the manual, the SOP, the training and the test cases — not five separate efforts.
  2. People approve, AI assistsAI drafts and structures; humans review, approve and stay accountable for what is published.
  3. Privacy by designSensitive data is masked on the device, and rules for regulated industries are validated by domain experts.
  4. Knowledge that stays currentEvery output is versioned and linked to its workflow, so changes can be detected and updated.

We design for teams that handle patient, financial and citizen data. Sensitive values are masked before they leave the browser, and nothing is published without human review.
